Event runs 12pm - 11pm.

Early Entry ticket holders must enter by 2pm.

General Admission & VIP ticket holders must enter by 6pm.

We do not permit re-entry to the event. Once you leave the event, you cannot re-enter.

This event is 18+ only.

Please bring a valid form of photo ID. 

Accepted forms of ID are passports, driving licenses or proof of age cards bearing the 'PASS' logo.

If you are disabled, please email info@oneout.co.uk with details so we can make sure we look after you on the day. We offer one PA ticket for each paying customer who is registered disabled.

If you have any particular access, facility or dietary enquires, please email in advance. 

We offer accessible toilet facilities around the site.

Guide dogs and hearing dogs are permitted, but please let us know in advance. 

Bars offer accessible points whilst ordering.

We have a selection of high-quality food available at One Out.

Bars can be located next to the main stage & inside of the big top stage.

Inside the VIP area there will be an exclusive bar for VIP members only.

Tap water is available free of charge in the festival. We have drinking points around the event site as well as all of the main bars.

The billing is subject to change. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs, this ticket is for an event and not a specific artist/ band. 

One Out Festival, reserves the right to change the advertised bill or artist running times without prior notice.

After the event, please contact info@oneout.co.uk to raise that you have lost an item. We will aim to respond to everyone as soon as possible.

There is a strict ZERO tolerance drugs policy (including Nitrous Oxide).

Full searches will be carried out before entry is granted and we reserve the right to refuse admission. No refunds will be issued if admission is refused. 

Searching is a condition of entry. We reserve the right to confiscate any item, which may not be suitable for the event, as well as a danger to others, or the venue. 

Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or contraband goods will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. No refunds will be issued. 

One Out Festival, reserves the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder if they display inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, or are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. 

You must NOT bring the following into the festival: alcohol, corrosive substances, food or drink. 

Please respect the venue/ environment and use the bins provided, don't drop litter. 

When arriving and leaving, please be quiet and respectful. This is a residential area, and we would like to be invited back again.

No animals will be admitted to the festival site, except guide dogs.

No video recorders, professional photographic equipment, or laser pens will be permitted in the festival site.

Be kind. Be respectful. Ask for consent. Drink plenty of water. 

If someone looks like they need help, contact a member of staff immediately. 

Abuse will not be tolerated.

Our first aid tent is located near the entrance to the festival.

There will be clear signage in place.

Should you have an emergency, please speak to a member of staff or security.

TICKETS

All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry. 

Tickets will be accepted both printed and on phones. Don't worry if the name on your ticket doesn't match the person using it on the day.

Please bring a valid form of photo ID.

Should there be any change to the event such as venue, opening times or headline artists, we will notify the ticket holder in advance. 

Please keep up to date with news and changes via our social media channels. 

If you can no longer attend the event, we cannot offer refunds for your tickets. 

We recommend selling your ticket on Resident Advisor. Selling tickets anywhere other than here is strongly discouraged. If you are experiencing issues selling your tickets, please reach out to the Resident Advisor support team. 

In the event of cancellation, customers will be eligible for a refund.

This excludes booking fees. 

TRAVEL

If dropping off by car, please enter the venue and turn immediately to the left into the drop-off area. 

One Out Festival offers a shuttle bus service, between Apps Court Farm (the venue) and Hampton Court Station. 

The service runs from 1pm-11:30pm.

Tickets for the shuttle bus are £7 and can be purchased on our website. If you do not purchase the ticket in advance, there will be a £10 charge on the day.

There are many different trains available from London Waterloo to Hampton Court Station and Walton-On-Thames Station.

If possible, we advise you use our easy to use shuttle bus service to and from Hampton Court Station. 

Trains take between 30-40 minutes.

Easy to use taxi ranks will be available upon exit.

Please make sure to pre-book your taxis via Uber, Bolt or other pre-bookable local taxi firms.

One Out Festival offers parking on the day of the event, for £10 per car. 

Parking tickets must be purchased before arrival. 

Disabled parking spaces are also offered.

Do NOT drink and drive.

If you can no longer attend the event, we cannot offer refunds for your tickets. However, we have partnered with Resident Advisor as our official ticket reseller.

Cash will not be accepted on any of our bar or catering units.
