CANCELLATION POLICY

One Out Festival - Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01 January 2024


If you want to cancel your booking, or part of it, you should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible depending on the type of your booking and timing of your request and any cancellation is at our discretion.


This cancellation policy does not affect any of your statutory rights as a consumer.


Refund Policy For One Out

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered for ticket purchases under the following circumstances:

  • Event cancellation.
  • Significant event date or location change. 


2.Refund Requests:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@oneout.co.uk within 7 days of the event date.


3. Event Cancellation:

  • In the event of cancellation, a full refund (minus any booking fees or bank charges) will be issued to all ticket holders.


4. Date or Location Changes:

  • If there are significant changes to the event date or location, attendees may request a refund. Approval will be at the discretion of the event organizers. 


5. No-Shows and Post-Event Refunds:

  • No refunds will be issued once the event has taken place. Refund requests must be submitted prior to the event date. 


6. Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working business days after approval. 


7. Transfer of Tickets:

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified. Transfers may incur additional fees. If you wish to sell your ticket on please use a correct & safe platform such as Resident Advisor.

  • One Out Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels. 


Any refund shall be made less any platform, transaction and processing fees that have been incurred.
